No-Bake Paleo Strawberry Cheesecake


  • 2 cups Cashew Nuts
  • ½ cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Dates
  • 2/3 cup Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil
  •  tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  •  cup Strawberries
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup


  1. Soak cashew nuts in water for about 3 hours or until softened.

  4. Combine the walnuts, dates, almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, and salt and mix in a food processor until mixed and looks like crumbs.
