Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Mother Dairy Milk
  • one Cup Rava/Sooji (Semolina)
  • 2 Mother Dairy Cheese Cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Mix
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 medium-size onion chopped
  • one tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Mother Dairy Butter

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a pan. Add cheese cubes, chopped onion, Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Once the cheese is melted, slowly add the semolina. Continuously stir the mixture. Turn off the heat.
  • Now add the salt, pepper, and coriander. Continuously stir the mixture until it reaches a thick spreading consistency. Set aside.
  • Grease a square tray with butter.
  • Spread the semolina mixture on the tray. Keep the thickness of half inch. Gently press it with the spatula.
  • Set it aside for one hour or till it is set. You can also keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the cutlets into the desired shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter.
  • You can serve them as it is or pan fry for a crispy texture. You can store these cutlets in the fridge for a week. Reheat or pan fry whenever required.
  • To pan fry the rava cutlets, heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  • Fry the cutlets till they turn crisp from both the sides.
  • Serve Cheese Rava Cutlets warm with your favorite chutney or ketchup.

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Combine 2-1/2 cups flour, cornmeal, salt and yeast. In another bowl, combine 1-1/4 cups warm water and honey. Gradually add dry ingredients; beat just until moistened. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Do not knead. Cover; let rest 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a small skillet over medium heat, cook and stir beef, crumbling meat, until no longer pink; drain. Add taco seasoning and remaining water. Cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Press dough to fit a greased 13×9-in. baking pan. Combine beans and taco sauce; spread over dough. Top with beef mixture and cheese. Bake on a lower oven rack until crust is golden and cheese is melted, 15-18 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. If desired, serve with optional toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz fresh button mushrooms
  • Freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth*
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • handful fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic. Add the garlic and butter to a large pot or skillet and sauté over medium heat for about one minute, or until the garlic is soft and fragrant. Add the ground beef and continue to sauté until it is fully browned.
  2. While the beef is browning, slice the mushrooms. Once the beef has browned, add the sliced mushrooms and some freshly cracked pepper to the pot. Continue to sauté until the mushrooms are soft (about five minutes). Add the flour and sauté for about two minutes more. The flour will coat the bottom of the pot and this is okay.
  3. Add the beef broth to the pot and stir to dissolve the flour off of the bottom. Add the uncooked egg noodles. Place a lid on the pot and allow the liquid to come up to a boil. As soon as it reaches a boil, give the pot a stir, replace the lid, and reduce the heat to low. Allow the pot to simmer for about 7-10 minutes, stirring the noodles and replacing the lid every couple of minutes. After 7-10 minutes the pasta should be tender and most of the liquid absorbed. Make sure the liquid is simmering the entire time. If not, increase the heat slightly.
  4. Once the noodles are tender, stir in the sour cream. Roughly chop a handful of parsley leaves and sprinkle over top. Serve hot.

Transfer chicken to a plate and pour off fat from skillet. Return chicken, skin side up, to skillet and transfer to oven. Bake until cooked through, 10 minutes. Transfer chicken to a plate.

Heat skillet over medium and add vinegar and orange wedges. Cook, stirring and scraping up browned bits with a wooden spoon, until orange begins to soften, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter. To serve, return chicken to skillet and toss with orange and sauce.

  1. Place the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix the flour and cornstarch together and place in a shallow bowl or on a plate.
  3. Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees F.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then roll into the flour mixture. Repeat with all of the chicken.
  5. Fry 7-8 pieces of chicken at a time for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat the process with all of the chicken.
  6. While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the ketchup, gochujang paste, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil until smooth.
  7. Pour the sauce ingredients into a small pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 1-2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve, garnished with green onions if desired.
