With only 4 or 5 simple ingredients and mix them up in a microwavable mug or ramekin, put in a microwave oven, and set it to 90 seconds and you’ll have one of the healthiest bread that you can make in a jiffy.
Some people call it Mug Bread or Mug Cake too, simply because it is made usually in a mug.
I have some tips for this 90 seconds keto bread:
- For added flavor, add any of the following: cinnamon powder, Italian seasoning, dried basil, or any of your favorite spices. around 1 to 2 tsp or to your liking.
- if you are allergic to nuts, you may just use 3tbsp of coconut flour to make it a coconut bread.
- If you prefer to use Almond flour only, use 4tbsp of this flour to make an Almond bread.
- Spread your favorite keto spreads on top if you like such as cream cheese.
- If you are going to double the recipe, bake your keto bread in 2 minutes and 40 seconds.

Keto Bread Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 Tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Tbsp Melted Butter or coconut oil for dairy-free (15g / 0.5 oz)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 large Egg
- Place all the ingredients into a mug. Mix until combined with a fork.In a mug or ramekin or in any microwavable container, add in all ingredients, beat with a fork until completely mixed
- Microwave for 90 seconds, remove from microwave and loosen the bread from the edges of your mug using a knife.
- Flip the mug upside down, and slice the keto bread into a total of 4 slices. Each serving is 2 slices.
