  • 1 bottle of chilled sparkling white grape juice or apple juice OR
  • bottle of lemonade for a less expensive option

  • 3/4 cup butter 1 1/2 sticks, divided
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • one clove garlic minced

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 eggs hard boiled and cut in half
